GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter the Rules) are a binding legal document for the parties defining the rights and obligations of the Buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and the Seller (hereinafter the Seller), the conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the njordas.eu e-shop.
The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.
All disputes shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach a mutual agreement, problematic issues shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
PURCHASING GOODS IN AN ELECTRONIC STORE

2.3. Fill in or confirm your contact details.
2.4. Choose the delivery and payment method acceptable to you.
2.5. Check that the order and contact information are correct and confirm the order.
PRICES, TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
3.1. The prices of the goods are indicated in euros.
3.2. The njordas.eu e-shop has the right to change the prices of products sold in the e-shop without notice.

RETURNING THE GOODS
4.1. In order to return the goods purchased in the njordas.eu e-shop, you need to know:
4.1.1.It is necessary to inform us by e-mail. email uabnjordas@gmail.com (indicate order number, return reasons and list of returned goods) within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
4.1.2. When the reason for returning the product is of poor quality (eg damaged packaging, etc.) or you received a product other than the one you ordered, we undertake to selectively replace the product of the wrong quality with a product of the right quality or return the money paid for the product.
4.1.3. Goods of defective quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the “Return and Exchange Rules” approved in 2001. June 29 by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 .;
4.1.4. Goods of appropriate quality shall be returned in accordance with the 2001 Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. August 17 by order no. 258 approved in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services where Contracts Are Concluded by Means of Communication. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
4.2. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
4.2.1. The returned product must be in the original neat packaging.
4.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer.
4.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged label, peel-off protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in the event of the return of a defective product).
4.2.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. We guarantee:
5.1.1. security of personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) provided by the Buyer in the njordas.eu e-shop.
5.1.2. Personal information will be used only for the purchase and sale of goods.
5.1.3. Personal information will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
5.1.4. The personal information provided by you will be used only for the execution of the purchase and sale transaction, except for the cases regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE – SALE AGREEMENT
6.1. The buyer must read the terms and conditions of purchase in order to purchase the goods sold in the njordas.eu e-shop;
6.2. In the Payment Details section, confirm that you have read the terms and conditions.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
7.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in njordas.eu e-shops and undertakes to comply with these purchase and sale rules.
7.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased in the njordas.eu e-shop (see section 4).
7.3. The buyer undertakes not to pass on his login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses the login details, he must immediately inform the administration of the njordas.eu e-shop by e-mail. email uabnjordas@gmail.com
7.4. If the data provided in the registration form of the Buyer changes, he must update them immediately.
7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during the delivery of the goods without good reasons, He must cover the costs of delivery of the goods.
7.6. By using the njordas.eu e-shop, the buyer agrees to these purchase and sale rules and undertakes to comply with them.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
8.1. If the Buyer intentionally or unintentionally damages or attempts to damage the operation of the e-shop and / or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the njordas.eu e-shop, in exceptional cases cancel the Buyer’s registration.
8.2. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Seller (force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in these rules.
8.5. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, if the advance payment has been made.
RESPONSIBILITY
9.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of his login data and in case of transfer to third parties, the subsequent actions of third parties in the e-shop using the transferred data become the responsibility of the Buyer.
9.3. The buyer is responsible for his actions performed using the e-shop.
9.4. If the Seller’s e-shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities performed there, does not maintain, control and does not represent those companies and persons. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct damage.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
