- It is necessary to inform us by e-mail. email uabnjordas@gmail.com (indicate order number, return reasons and return list) no later than the next day from the date of delivery.
- When the reason for returning the product is of poor quality (eg damaged packaging, etc.) or you have received a product other than the one you ordered, we undertake to selectively replace the product of the wrong quality with a suitable one at our own expense. - Goods of poor quality shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the “Rules for Return and Exchange of Goods” approved in 2001. June 29 by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 .;
